We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of used or new bikes sold at our shop in
201 Monsignor O'Brien HWY, Cambridge, MA.
THE RETURN POLICY APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY TO
NEW BIKES SOLD ON OUR ONLINE SHOP.

Returns must be within 14 days from the date of purchase. The bike must be in the same condition as it was bought and in the original packaging.

A restocking fee of 20% of the original price is applied in all cases.

The buyer is responsible for shipping methods and cost.
In some rare cases, the bicycle may be damaged during shipping. In that case, please contact us immediately at info@cambridgeusedbicylces.com and we will get back to you with instructions. In your email, please include proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damage.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to second hand bicycles,
but they all come with a 30 day repair warranty.
